phpFox, its source code and files are original works exclusively owned by "Benc Enterprises AB" and subject to Worldwide Copyright Law.

No licenses sold include ownership of the original works, or part thereof, in any form.

The Software is licensed only to you. You may not rent, lease, sublicence, sell, assign, pledge, re-sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Software "Full License" in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of "Benc Enterprises AB". You may not not rent, lease, sublicence, sell, assign, pledge, re-sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Software "Monthly License".

A license is valid only in relation to the designated license owner stated at the time of purchase and any request for transfer of ownership must be made in writing to "Benc Enterprises AB" for consideration. Subscription based softwares "Monthly Licenses" can not be transferred as the new License Holder might face a subscription interruption.

If a registered company purchase is made, and no specific name is stated, then the licensee will be deemed to be the current CEO at any given time.

A company not registered at the time of purchase must name a designate of license ownership.

"Benc Enterprises AB" reserve the right to refuse transfers at their sole discretion.

"Benc Enterprises AB" only offers single installation licenses and the software can only be in use in any one location.

The location must always be that entered in the user database and not a mirror or redirect to it.

It is the clients responsibility to submit the URL path to the license during the progress of purchase/install.

Incorrect information can result in license revocation.

If phpFox is not currently installed then "Not Assigned" should replace the location until such time as it is in use.

phpFox Software is offered on the expressed understanding that "Benc Enterprises AB" is not liable for any claim of damages whatsoever or however it may originate and the current user indemnifies "Benc Enterprises AB" in relation to any claim of damages made including the defense of claims which arise.

License refunds are at the sole discretion of "Benc Enterprises AB"

License revocations are at the sole discretion of "Benc Enterprises AB"

"Benc Enterprises AB" accepts no responsibility for site content and any complaints received from any third party may result in license suspension or revocation if the matter cannot be resolved. This action is at the sole discretion of "Benc Enterprises AB" and is intended to offer both parties time for reflection or advice, and license reinstatement is also at the sole discretion of "Benc Enterprises AB" and not a judgment of the circumstances. "Benc Enterprises AB" will comply with any requirement from any Court of Jurisdiction.

Clients can only run 1 instance of the software and on 1 domain name extension (.com, .net, .org etc...).

"Benc Enterprises AB" has the right to update the license's URL to correct any misspelling, disclocation etc.

If needed to run a test site only for development purposes clients may run the site in a folder, sub-domain or localhost. The folder or sub-domain name must be called "phpfoxdev" or "development" and must be access protected. Here are some examples:
1) http://www.yoursite.com/phpfoxdev/ or http://www.yoursite.com/development/ (Live Development Server)
2) http://phpfoxdev.yoursite.com/ or http://development.yoursite.com/ (Live Development Server)
3) http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1 (Local Server)
4) http://209.85.135.104/ (IP to Your Development Server)
One test site per license, for development purposes, may be installed and run on a sub domain or folder of the licensed domain.
