We would like to let you all know that we are experiencing an issue with our ticket system that we expect will be resolved soon. Zendesk is aware of the issue and is working to quickly restore service to their impacted clients. As we use their ticket system, we are impacted by their downtime. So our Ticket System is Temporarily Down.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our clients or those awaiting answers to sales tickets. As soon as we can access the system again, we’ll be sure to respond to any tickets in the system.
