This release brings a broad set of improvements across Mobile, Core, Clips, Groups and ChatPlus, delivering a smoother and more stable experience overall. And on top of that, 5.2.6 also introduces a new application to the platform: Paid Content (Pay-Per-View) — a solution built specifically for the creator economy.

A Smoother, Faster Mobile & Platform Experience
- Upgraded mobile app support to React Native 0.81 and improved compatibility with Android 16, making the app run smoother and more stable on newer Android devices.
- Improved photo detail pages and touch gesture handling, so photos load faster and gestures like pinch, zoom, and swipe feel smoother and more accurate.
- Enhanced mobile reliability with crash and rendering fixes on Android and iOS, resulting in fewer unexpected app closures and cleaner screen display.
- Improved notification and menu interactions, creating a more consistent experience and easier navigation across the app.
Core Systems Level-Up
- AdminCP menu configuration is now more flexible, allowing administrators to assign roles to menus so they can control access to each menu item more precisely by role.
- Added the ability to delete inactive members through the Inactive Members action flow, making it easier for admins to clean up and manage their member list.
- Improved overall workflow and reliability around installation and app management, resulting in a smoother setup process and fewer issues when managing apps.
App Updates
Clips – Easy to find or add, smoother upload process
Added support for searching and adding Clips on a user profile, making it easier for users to find and showcase their clips in one place.
Improved the upload workflow for Clips when a user exceeds the storage limit, so the process is clearer and more reliable, letting users understand exactly what to do next.
Fixed issues related to clip settings and validation, ensuring upload limits are enforced correctly and preventing unexpected upload errors.
Group – Cleaner Inbox for Admins
Fixed an issue where public group joins could trigger unnecessary “Pending Group Join Request” emails to administrators, reducing inbox clutter and ensuring admins are notified only when action is needed.
ChatPlus and ChatGPT Bot – Smoother Chat, Steadier Bot, Zero Disruptions
Fixed issues where opening a chat call could lead to an empty page, so calls now open reliably without leaving users stuck on a blank screen.
Improved chat input behavior by preventing unnecessary focus on the type bar when opening a chat box, making the chat window feel smoother and less distracting to use.
Fixed the chatbot redirect issue that caused a 404 page when users clicked the chatbot avatar, ensuring the chatbot opens correctly every time.
Language – Sharper Translations, Seamless Experience
AI Translated Languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, French, German) have been updated to be compatible with all default phpFox apps, ensuring accurate, up-to-date translations across the platform and a more consistent experience regardless of language.
And More Upgrades
There are many additional bug fixes, UI/UX improvements, and stability enhancements, including updates for Groups, ChatPlus, ChatGPT Bot, Clips, Mobile and other platform areas, resulting in a smoother and more polished experience across the entire platform.
Paid Content – A Breakthrough for the Creator Economy
Alongside all these platform upgrades, 5.2.6 also marks the debut of the Paid Content App, headlining phpFox’s new Monetization Booster strategy. This app enables creators and administrators to monetize premium content more easily while delivering a smoother experience for users who purchase access.
It’s fully supported on both Web and Mobile App, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience wherever your users are.
