I mean, man must develop better a new ads system. Much like facebook.
No brand new system, keep current ad system and then...
User should decide for themselves how much to pay.
User should select click or views.
User should select location, age, gender etc...
User should upload one photo and write a limited description (Like Facebook).
Last should user pay and done!
To use admin award:
For example:
click 0.15 Cents
Views 0,02 Cents
Ads space should site owner decide; example block 1, block 3, block 5 only for user and approve ads.
A menu for user to add ads.
Automatically send reminder email before one week and 2 days for advertising expired time to customer and site owner.
And right side panel more ads box with enable-disable option in Admin CP.
Customers should with site owner not have to do.
So the solution to having multiple ads per location was to include 1 single option in the ad module settings?!?! Utterly useless. A Banner ad spot and little mini banner ads in the small columns are not the same creature. This should have been a setting that could be set when setting up ad placements not a blanket setting that affects the entire ad module. This is definitely a disappointing oversight. But since it is undoubtedly considered working as designed does this mean we are stuck with it? Should I submit a bug report or a feature request?
The demo site doesn't seem to have a new ads system 
Maybe only some part of the new ads system accepted.
I think somebody need to create another ticket for other request
there is an option in ads settings that u can show more than 1 ads in a single location.
2nd change is user can now select PPC also instead of CPM method of payment for ads.
nothing else i found..so for me its not like facebook ads i think.

This is already implemented. This means they've already done it. Wait for it to come with version 3.2 and see what it has. If it is lacking something you need, put in a new feature request but requests on this one are pointless now that it is implemented.

Also, you can add a feature that allows Admin to add credit to an advertiser's account? For example, if I want to add give a credit of $25 to member "XYZ", I should be able to pull up XYZ account and add $25 credit so that XYZ can use this credit for advertising. Thanks
For 3.2.0, please add feature to allow advertisers to target by Country, State, City, postal or zip code. If possible for 3.2, you may allow targeting by other default and custom profile fields, otherwise, maybe in future releases. But it's very crucial you add targeting by STATE and CITY in 3.2.0. Thanks for considering this.
Please allow campaigns to be paused in AdminCP for a period of time.
In admminCP campaigns should be shown per advertiser, not just a long list.
yes. better if we can filter it.
ads is a complex things. we need many more ads functions.
maybe integrating with other ads system also good ?

When a campaign expires, I think the seller should be able to renew it, making new payment, rather than having to create the ad again.
Please say the pending payments option will be fixed, For example If I want to select that a user has paid it will not let me change it from pending to paid, For example theve paid by credits or in cash or by a different method.
Also let users edit there campaigns and delete them instead of just enabler ling and pausing them.
