For those upgrading from version 1.5.1 and used the MusicMod, VideoMod or EasyEditor now have the opportunity to import their plug-ins into the core package. The importer will show up directly when you log into your Admin CP. If it does not find any plug-ins to import you will not find a link, however if it does find a plug-in to import you will find a direct link to this tool. It will import all the users MP3's for the MusicMod and music videos added in the AdminCP for the MusicMod as well. This will however only import videos added from YouTube, Google or iFilm. For the VideoMod it will import any videos that is compatible with the new Video Module. This tool will also import any pages added with the EasyEditor.

With an array of new options we also rebuilt how options are being displayed and modified.

• MySql backup routine added to the Admin CP. Feature uses the “exec” command so this must be allowed on a server for it to work. It will backup your entire database and then create a tar.gz archive from which you can download from a secure FTP connection.
• Admins can now verify an account if the user has not verified their account via their email. This feature can be found in “Admin panel >> Browse Member’s”
• In the Admin CP under the “Server Stats” we have added “Server Uptime” which will show how long your server has been online and “Server Load” to check your servers load. These 2 were mainly added for debugging purposes but can be useful information non the less.
• Query cache check added in the Admin CP to guide clients if they have this feature installed or not.
• The "Clear Cache" feature added into the Admin CP to give staff the ability to clear all cached files being generated by the product.

• Bulletin system has now changed to how it used to function. Currently everyone will be able to view all bulletins listed in the “My Account” area and if for example User1 tries to view a bulletin created by User2 and these two users are not friends then it will give a warning to User1 that they are not friends and if User1 wants to view the bulletin they will have to first request to be friends. This “warning” page will have a link to User2’s profile and a link to request to be friends as well.

• Pending Invites added. Your members can keep track of all the friends they have invited and list only those that did not sign up for your site.
• Ajax search added into the group module. This feature is used if a user were to attempt to invite other members to join their group. In the past they would have to search for their friends via a drop down list or know each users email to invite them. This can be rather strenuous and time consuming if a user has numerous friends within the site. So this feature will give them a 3rd option to search for any user within the site. If any users are found, the user can then directly invite them. The entire search and invite feature is using AJAX.
• On a users profile the "My Details" block will now not show any empty details.
• On a users profile it will not show the "Gallery" block, if the user does not have any images uploaded.
• In past versions Konsort had a feature called "Comment Alerts" which would send out a message within the internal messaging system telling them they received a new comment on their profile, blog or gallery image. This feature has been improved and brought back. Users can manage their alerts here "My Account -> Messages -> Comment Alerts". If a user has a new comment it will show a alert under the "Message Center" block found in the "My Account" area.
• Forum topics will now be listed by the time they where updated. So if a thread that would be for example on page 3 and it got a new reply it would then be listed on the top of page 1.
• If a user has been referred to the site by another user it will now add them both as friends directly after the invited user becomes a member.
• In the gallery module we added a "FEATURED" link to display all the feature images. This feature will also make it easier on the Admins to find a featured image in case they wanted to remove it from the featured listing.
• When composing a message without specifying the user you plan to send a message to, there is a feature where users can now search for their friends by simply typing in a user name in the input box.
• Leader board ads show up at the bottom of each page
• In your Group Module we have added support for U.S. states. The “U.S. States & Zip Code Mode” needs to be enabled in your Admin CP.
• Sign Up birthday drop downs does not have a default value. This is to force users to enter their birthdays instead of using the default settings.
• “Profile Views” count added to a users profile beside their profile image. Feature must be enabled from the Admin CP.
• In order for a user or image to be "Top" rated, there must be a minimum of 3 votes for the user or image.
• When viewing a image in the Gallery module you will notice on some of them you will be able to click to view the full sized image. Some images that users upload may be larger then the default site setting. We have added a JavaScript library Lytebox which will allow users to view the full sized image without having to leave the page.

• Database Prefix support
• Removed unneeded calls to the old plug-in index file which now includes the main plug-in class directly withing the init file.
• The MySQL database classes have been moved into the folder "/include/classes/database/mysql/". Future support for other database structures (PostgreSQL, XML etc...) under development.
• New friends table and general routine created. Will require importing of all friends into the new table which will be part of the upgrade package. This one change has been a major improvement in the sites SQL and Server load.
• Sub-Menu in the my account area added to the core template to improve bringing down the total memory being used by the system
• Login and Session routine have been updated with extra added security. For those that develop plug-ins for the product and use the login or session routine please look over your code as it may affect your plug-in.
• Staff permission system rebuilt. For those that develop plug-ins and use the staff permission routine please look over your code as it may affect your plug-in.
• On your site some of your members might be using the BBCode [profile]username[/profile], which converts the “username” to an image of the user and a link directly to their profile. This is case sensitive so if a member added [profile]UserName[/profile] they would not get the correct image or profile link. This can be fixed by enabling this tool in your Admin CP >> Options >> Edit Options >>. By default this feature is not enabled as it causes an extra query for each user to the database to verify the user name and then return the correct user name so we can find the correct image.
• All pop-ups are now re-sizable.
• With past versions it would store a cached template for each Module within a subdirectory of the "file/templates_c/" folder. This has caused some issues in the past for those that need to delete the folders found within the "file/templates_c" folder. Instead it will store all templates even those that belong to modules within the "file/templates_c" folder instead of a subdirectory.
