How to create a promotion?

Notice: This feature requires phpFox v2.0.5dev2 or higher installed.

To add a promotion log into your AdminCP and go to:

Settings >> System Settings >> Manage Settings >> User

Look for the setting:

Check For Promotions

Enable it and save your changes.

Next, go to:

Users >> Promotions >> Add Promotion

For the field:

User Group

Select the user group you want to create a promotion for.

Next, we have the field:

Activity Points

This is how many activity points a user must attain before they will automatically be promoted to another user group.

Next, we have the field:

Days Registered

This is how many days a user has to be registered before they will automatically be promoted to another user group. This value can also be "0" or just blank if you only require activity points to promote a user.

The last field we have:

Move User to User Group

This is the user group the user will be promoted to once they have reached the activity points and days registered you have set.
