Creating your own Language pack
Export the Default(Master-English) language pack
Go to AdminCP--Extensions--Language--Manage Language Packs and then Click to the left of the Master English pack and click to Export it (you can export it with 3rd party phrases too) you can edit the file that you export. Save it as your language and import it. Make sure to never edit the Master English one and even when you set a different default the English one will always be named Master English.
when u will un-zip the language pack u will get different xml files for all your Modules present on your site.
so now u have to edit these XML files, U can use some Text editor or some specialized XML File Editors like STYLUS STUDIO or XML SPY .
NOTE:
U just have to edit the text between the Phrase Tags into ur Desire language.

so after converting all these language modules to ur desire language save them all and make a zip and Upload them to ur server by following the Video given below

I do this. but now working. i put this one http://pastebin.com/pzQeS6sK on "phpfox-language-import.xml" please see Freind module in my fnfworld.com site. Its showing ????? without language. my friends module is here http://pastebin.com/wMXULYQc
please give me solution for my language update.

DO NOT FORGET to open the file "phpfox-language-import.xml" and edit the title, the language_code and the other details, or it will not work when you import it.

I upload my wow editing language pack but showing language ?????? can you tell me i need to upload font in my server? if yes then where in my server?
