Basic Front End User Guide

I started this with the intent of making a basic guide again and letting all of you fill in the rest as everyone's site is different. I decided to just add what I have and then add new tutorials in the knowledgebase as separate articles (I've already done a video tutorial for adding blogs) so you can each add what you need.
