Basic User Guide

I've written a very basic user guide for new users. It's in pdf format. Either I will update it as suggestions are made for it, or someone else can if they would prefer.

Note that I do have some humor in this so take it with a grain of salt. This is my first user guide so I hope it's helpful and clear.

The system for loading files needs some work. Here's a link to it.
