Designers: Customize the description for blocks

When you are creating a new theme you may change the dimensions of the blocks and then the default descriptions wouldnt match:



The script takes the values from an XML file in the folder /module/ad/template/<your-theme-name>/sizes.xml

Open the default one and you can tweak it to your needs, it is very self explanatory and flexible as it allows 2 formats to be used:
- One XML tag per dimension
- One XML tag for all the dimensions
