problem with usergroup to send messages.

Hi guys, i had create an usergroup where the user can't send messages to other user. Them whem an user try to send a message an user, it show an popup and inside show this:
tb_show('Membership Info', $.ajaxBox('subscribe.message', 'height=150&width=450'));
Why, how to fix it??
