V3 Site offline now cant login

version 3.0.0. and yes. Fixed by uploading install did an upgrade and voila fixed. then deleted install folder.

Blank Site Offline / No access either!

I already updated my site, so when I upload my 'install' folder, or even reinstall (upgrade) all of phpfox, what happens is it gets stuck at #4 updates, in the upgrade process. There aren't anymore updates to make!

So what does one do in this case, still can't get access to site.

Did you rename the install folder, clear cache in file/cache but leave index.html, and still cannot access?

Yes, and now I am getting a 'not found' error at http://www.domain.com/user/login/

Clear your browser cache. If it still does not show, enable debug server method

Ok, did manual debug on level 3 (default in article) and same "not found" error after log in.

maybe problem with server.sett.php or htaccess is overwirtten ?
