Apache Server at mysite Port 80

I am getting this error for my development site - though at times it is being visible.

Index of /

Apache Server at mysite Port 80

Please advice.

Hi Mojatu,

This seems to be an Apache mis-configuration or Server error.
Directory indexing should not be enabled in the first place for security reasons.

Directory indexing means your server would list all directories and their content in case no valid index document is present or your server does not parse php for any reason and the only otherwise valid index document would be a php script (Terrible sentence, I hope you get what I mean...)

However, in your case you are best advised to contact your hosting provider to have a look at your server (Especially as this seems to be happening intermittently on your server)

Bravo griddie76. I contacted them and it was my mistake - I had two different DNS addresses and as soon as I deleted one, the site is running brilliantly! Cheers
