Uploading one photo to a Page causes 3 to upload

I just tried uploading 1 photo to a page I created, but when i uploaded it 3 photos showed up in the feed for the page, my photo plus 2 other photos that are not even mine. How do i fix this? Anybody else get this issue? Help!
