Supported Ways to Find Assistance

Benc Enterprises has several supported ways to get help should you need assistance. They are as follows, and in no particular order:

1. User to User support forum (this forum). You are encouraged to search the forum for answers to your problem. Search by thread and then by post to get the best search results. Should your issue not be found, you are encouraged to post a thread seeking assistance.

2. Knowledgebase, http://www.phpfox.com/kb/ has many useful tutorials and guides to help you. Search using different terms to do a thorough search.

3. Technical support, http://support.phpfox.com/ . Should your issue be one in which no answers are provided here, please submit a support request.

Some modifications that you may wish to do are in our add-on section, http://www.phpfox.com/addons/ . These add-ons are supported by the members that added them and there is a place, Discussions, to ask for support of those.

Any other external sources of tutorials are not supported by Benc Enterprises and you would need to submit questions on those sites as this forum is only for support of the Benc Enterprise script and official documentation.
