How to control Ads created by users?

Could you please tell me how to enable/disable ads control? I am not talking about sponsored items.

You do this in user group settings per user group. Look in Ads or User.

Thanks for your tip. But are you talking about the function "Can create ad campaigns?"

This is not what I am asking for.

Apparently it's possible to enable/disable the function for sponsored items: "After the user has purchased a sponsored space, should the listing be published right away?"

I would like to know if we can do the same for Ads campaigns, controlling ads before publish them.

Check in the feature request for this as really I think it should be added as a setting for our sites.
