CHAT NOT WORKING
When I post a message to a user in chat, nothing is received by that member. Sometimes whatever i typed duplicates itself. Or if the message does go through, it take like 5-10 minutes for the user to receive the message...HELP!

With debug on, as you have it on, do you see any errors showing up? If you disable the add on you have installed, and then clear cache, does the chat work again?
after disabling it and clearing cache, yes it works, but with a delay of about 40-60seconds before user gets the message. What does this mean?

It could be that add on interfering with chat and I don't know if it edits source as I don't have that add on. The debug errors would show on the page when you try to chat.
As for it being slow, that could be server issues especially if you are on shared.

its an addon by ceofox , i bought it yesterday and their support is still trying to make sure it works properly. And I am on shared hosting with arvixe. I enabled the add on back again after i cleared my browser's cache and it still works with a huge delay, however I am noticing a new issue, some of the message in the chat window dissappear while others remain...strange. What do you advise?
