"Not Found" image on home page

I resized the recent logins thumbnails and replaced all of the default noimage.gifs with a different one. The new image displays everywhere on the site other than in the recent logins. There is a black image that simply reads "Not Found!" if a user has not uploaded a photo. Can this be changed? It is particularly ugly on the main page.

Checked your site and was not able to find this issue. Are you still facing it? If not, were you able to resolve it and how?
