Internal PM or Email

You can send out a newsletter to your members either as an internal private message or an email.

Archive Support

You can archive each newsletter that is sent out.

Privacy Override

Your users may have a privacy setting enabled to not receive a PM or an email, however you as an Admin may have some very important information that they must be aware off and you can override these privacy settings. This option is disabled by default.

Target Viewers

When you write a newsletter you can define who the target viewers are. You can select which user group and if the user is located in a specific country and what their gender is as well as their age group.

Newsletters per Round

If you have a lot of users it might be too much to ask your server to send all those emails at once. Not to worry you can define how many emails to send per a pages refresh. We set this to 50 by default.

HTML & Plain Text Emails

When you create your newsletter and you plan on sending out an email you can add both HTML and Plain Text content.

Failsafe

If you can't send out all the newsletters in one session you can always come back at a later time, even days later and you can continue sending out your newsletter.
