Forum Moderators Wanted

In the past we have found moderators for our forums directly from our community. All moderators in the past would help out the community during their free time, however the forum has grown and is much more active now. We wanted to hire several moderators to join the phpFox team.
The job of a moderator does not require you to have a background in PHP, however we prefer those that have worked a little with PHP so they will not have any problems jumping into the community. The job entails moderating the forum and making sure the rules are obeyed and threads fall into the correct forums. We have also recently starting approving 3rd party mods before they are added to a forum. This way we can scan for any suspicious activity that may have taken place and to make sure the "modder" is in good standing with the community before they attempt to release a mod whether it is for free or a fee. If you have worked in a forum before this would be of great benefit to the community as you can bring in some fresh ideas to organize our forums. We have some ideas we wanted invoke, however all of our staff is busy in their respective areas so we have had a hard time enforcing some of these new ideas. Hopefully with a new team of moderators we can start with some of these ideas asap.
You can take this job up to 8 hours per day max. With a minimum of 2 hours per day. You don't have to work daily as we wanted to get several employees that can change shifts so we can cover as much as possible during a working day. We will also need employees over the weekend and during those hours its hire pay.
