Instructions are provided for installing this. Just download and unzip and read the pdf included.
NOTE
For Photo Battles or any other page that the bar may have issues with, just create a block for that page as below.

Title: wibiya no load
Type: Html code
Controller: photo.battle (for that particular page)
Placement: block 9

Update: If you have any issues with things on the page not working with this add on installed, go to the settings on your Wibiya dashboard at wibiya.com and click on Troubleshooting and enable the Activate After Page Load.
