This will add all of the Upload & Add buttons in a block on the site. It installs in block 1 by default on core.index-member. This is different from the status share links because it's linked to the actual upload/add buttons and so your members will be able to select categories, etc. You can put this block on whatever page you want though I would not recommend putting it on the visitor page.
This adds a level of convenience for your members so that if they want to easily add content, they have the options available without having to click on the menus to get there. It also makes the site neater by having the category options available so members can choose them without having to edit after (as with status share).
I did this after getting some requests for the photo upload button to be added to a block.
Thanks to macagoraga for some helpful suggestions to improve this.

I just installed this on a site in development, and was pleasantly surprised to see that not only does it have all the basic necessary links already installed, it pays attention to user group permissions!! My user groups that can't upload video and can't write blogs do NOT see the upload video or write a blog options! Data66 thank you

It's great, and I especially like that it is linked to the upload photo. I can turn off the share in the feed now.

Brilliant! This is a must have Add on.. The Uplink, or, Quick links, as I call it on my website gives you a block to offer to your users with a complete 'Action Menu' capable of containing gathered menus from allover your community website.. It also gives you an opportunity to capitalize of business opportunity by adding links to your 'money making pages.. The best thing about it, is that it is at the location where users would look naturally to navigate their community website.. For what you pay, you are getting allot more.. I mean, ALLOT!

Remember, if u have to translate the title of the box and u dont find the phrase, go to admincp, language and import missing phrase.
