It took me months to put this Privacy Policy together, so I know how difficult and time consuming it can be. I have made this as complete and as general as possible to suit all different niches with different possibilities. This is a good starting point for you to use this document as-is or you can add, modify or delete to suit your needs.
There are 7 Pages of "Privacy Policy" written in MS "Word" so you can easily edit/modify the document in 3 easy steps!
All you have to do is:
1) add your site name and links in the appropriate places (everything that needs changing is in "Red" for easy detection)
2) edit/modify to suit your needs
3) copy & paste the entire document to your Privacy Page - Admincp > CMS > Manage Pages > Privacy
(once you copy it, if you want the headings in Bold you will have to do it manually, because it will not copy over already bolded text)

This is a very good document for anyone to use and modify to fit their site and/or their location(meaning state,country, etc). It's hard to come up with a decent Privacy Policy without lots of research. This one is thorough and covers areas I missed with my original Privacy Policy. This is definitely worth the money in the time it will save you in researching Privacy Policies all over the internet and then making your own.
Since it's in a doc format, you can easily modify it to suit you, print it and take it to a lawyer or email it to one to ensure it fits legal requirements in your area and you're good to go!
