New Members Block for V3

Back up your site before installing anything new.
Note that only phpFox verified clients can download anything on my site so if you've not verified your account on my site, you will need to do so if you can't access the download.
Though this is a free add on, I would appreciate a review.
Note that in V3, when someone adds a page, it is shown as a new member too.
This adds a New Members block to the core.index-member page. You can edit the html file to change how it looks.
I edited the screen shot to remove usernames on my site.

This is a great add on - I'd recommend it as an essential product. Now existing members can easily welcome new members, which encourages them to interact and become long term members.
The ability to edit the number of new members the block displays, and the ability to only show members that have been admin approved would make this a perfect 5 star add on.
