[V3] Less Friends Redirect User

The mean feature for this plugin is when a logged in user didn’t meet the no. of required friends the logged in user will be redirected to a page/url only when they are in member home page. Basically you need to set a number how many friends the user will have in order for them to fully use the site, the user will be forced to keep adding friends until they meet the total number of friends required.

Scenarios :

1. In some case like for example if the site is friends only.
2. Having enough friends will be also the basis of verification that the user is real person not a spammer.
