Google+ Page Badge
This is a personal add on and is not supported by phpFox

Note that only phpFox verified clients can download anything on my site so if you've not verified your account on my site, you will need to do so if you can't access the download.

Though this is a free add on, I would appreciate a review.
Google+ Pages are just like Facebook Pages so go make one(and a link to that is in the install guide), if you have not , and start promoting your site with more free advertising.
This badge is controlled by Google so it looks the way it looks, though you have several options when you make your badge on Google's site. The badge will open your Google+ Page in the same window and it does not respect the target="_blank" which I've tried. If someone gets that working, please post a solution.
I have only tested this with V3 but I don't see why it would not work with other versions. If you wish to try it on other versions, try it on a development site. I also have a detailed tutorial on my scripttechs site if this add on does not work on other versions so you can make your own.
