Back up your site before installing anything new.
This will add the Google Friend Connect Rating and Review block on your site.
Members or (Guests if you allow it) can use this to rate videos, articles, books, photos, songs, or anything else you can imagine. You can copy the block to different locations on your site or put it in site wide if you want to.

I have this listed for 2.1 but it should work on other versions. Should you want to use it on another version, try it on a development site first or make sure you have a good backup.
