Colored Default Avatars V3

This is a free add on but I would appreciate a review.

This will add a colorized version of the phpFox default avatars to your site and will replace the default ones. You should backup the noimage folder before doing this or rename it to noimageold and make a new noimage folder.

I know these are basic but I figured since I made them for one of my sites I would share them. I'll be making others when I have time, and I'll update the ones I have in the add ons for V3 when time allows as well.
